You'll have fourteen (14) days from the USPS date of delivery to request a return or exchange. No guilt, no hassle – just let us know.

To start a return or exchange:

Email us at hello@oceeto.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the Return Process and provide a USPS return label. 

If you’d prefer an exchange, just let us know what you’d like instead – we’ll do our best to make it right!

Kindly note:

• Return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from your refund.

• Returned or exchanged Care’digans™ MUST be:

  • Unworn,

  • Unwashed, and 

  • In original condition, with all tags intact.
