Shipping policy

We’re so glad you’re here! Here's how we handle Care’digan™ orders and shipping:

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

  • Once your Care’digan™ ships, we’ll send a USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Details

  • We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 (applied per unique shipping address) for all U.S. orders – no surprises at checkout.

  • All orders ship via USPS, our trusted partner for reliable nationwide delivery.

  • Orders typically ship within four (4) to seven (7) business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Holiday Shipping

From Thanksgiving through Christmas, please allow a minimum of seven (7) business days for processing. We want every Care’digan™ to arrive with the care it deserves. (See what we did there?!)

International Shipping

Currently we ship only within the United States, but we’re working on expanding so stay tuned...
